Flux-cored wire for ABRASION-and HEAT-RESISTANT APPLICATIONS

MF10-GF-65-G7
62-64 HRC
C: 3.8 Cr:22
V: 1 W: 2
B: 1
C-, Cr-, B-, W-. V-alloyed flux-cored v/ire that deposits a very hard martensitic microstructure with carbides. The deposit is resistant lo strong mineral abrasion at higher temperatures. The hardness decreases by about 15% al 400°C. 25% at 600°C
MF10-GF-65-GZ
63-64 HRC
C: 5.2 Cr:21
Mo: 7 Nb: 7
V: 1 W: 2
High C-, Cr-, Mo-, Nb-, V-. W-alloyed flux-cored self-shielding wire which forms extremely hard carbides. This is used for hard facings to protect against extreme mineral wear. The deposit retains its wear resistance up to 650°C. At 400°C the hardness decreases bv about 4% at 650°C by about 10%.
MF10-GF70-GCZ
66-68 HRC
C: 5 Si: 0.8
Cr: 38 B: 2
Very high C-, Cr-, B -alloyed flux-cored wire electrode for extremely hard, non-corrosive hardfacing lo protect against high mineral wear also at high temperatures .The weld deposit has a ledeburitic structure, hearing many varied hypereutectic carbides.
MF10-GF-65-G
62 64 HRC
C: 5.3 Si: 1
Cr: 24,5 V: 5.5

High C-, Cr-, V-alloyed flux-cored wire electrode for high abrasive wear. The weld deposit consists of chromium and vanadium carbides. Weld metal is not machinable.
